The hotel may deny further accommodation to a guest who does not comply with the house rules. Accommodation can deny if guests posing as couple and may suspect as un-married couple. Also accommodation would be denied to bachelors - in such cases hotel doesn't provide refund. Hotel may deny accommodation to guests residing in the same city and No visitors are allowed on guest rooms/ floors - hotel reserves the right of admission. Early check-in and Late Checkouts are subject to availability and to be confirmed with hotel directly. Extra charges will apply as per the Hotel policy. The hotel does not provide storage facility other than rooms reserved by the guest and will not accept liability for any damage incurred to uncollected material - All things stored will be at the guests own risk. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional/extra services and facilities (such as extra food and beverage charges , room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls and other few services etc., ). Hotel will charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement for the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve on the stay during respective periods, such charges also to be paid at the hotel directly.
